Leave a Legacy
It’s not a nice thing to think about (indeed, it’s not a nice thing to write about!) but have you made a Will? You and your family can continue to support The Ear Foundation by leaving a gift in your Will.
Hopefully, it will be some time before such an event ever happens, but can you imagine where you and your deaf child/grandchild might be in 10-15 years time if it had not been for the modern technology of cochlear implants?
By far the most cost effective way to support us is through a gift in your will. Yet only one in seven UK wills contain any kind of charitable gift. People simply do not realise that this is such an effective and easy way to support their favourite causes. If you do want to leave something to The Ear Foundation, the donation can be as small or as large as you like. Rest assured, however much you decide to give us, you will not have to pay any Inheritance Tax on your gift!
