Parent Questionnaire
To extract files for installation:
- Click Download Parent Questionnaire Software link.
- On the File download dialog that appears, select the option to "Run".
- If prompted with a Security Warning, select the option to "Run".
Answer "Yes" when prompted with "Do you wish to extract files to install Parent Questionnaire software?"
Click "Setup" when prompted "Click Setup to install Parent Questionnaire software".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Parent Questionnaire software.
Click VDU icon when prompted to "Click this button to install Parent Questionnaire Software to specified directory"
If "Version Conflict" is reported Click "Yes" to keep your existing files.
- Close The Ear Foundation website when the installation is complete.
- The installation includes brief instructions for using the Parent Questionnaire software in the folder that you select during the installation process (e.g. "..Program FilesParent Questionnaire"). See the files Manual.doc and Helptext.rtf. The latter file may also be viewed from the Help menu in the software.
- After installing, the Parent Questionnaire software may be started by clicking Start - Program Files - Parent Questionnaire - Parent Questionnaire.
Instructions on the use of the software are available by clicking on this icon.
