We would like your help in completing this questionnaire about your child and their experiences with having a bilateral cochlear implant.
As the number of children receiving bilateral cochlear implants grows, more evidence and outcomes are needed in the U.K. about the process, associated with having two cochlear implants. Clear information is needed for those thinking about it for their child, those referring and those being asked to fund it.
The Ear Foundation, with funding provided by the RNID has developed a questionnaire for parents and their children who have received a bilateral cochlear implant.
