We have had some successful sessions in 2016...
Thursday 18 February:
We had our first Stay and Play session which was a great success, we met lots of parents with deaf babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers who all enjoyed the sing along session with Suzanne Harrigan, our Speech and Language Therapist and having the chance to meet other parents with deaf children and hearing about their experiences. It was lovely to have some new families join our Family Programme!
"I wish The Ear Foundation was more local to us, as they are really supportive of my child's needs" (parent)
Friday 29 April:
Following our first successful session in February, we had another great morning with the babies, it was lovely to meet some new faces, who really enjoyed interacting with the singing! We had great fun during playtime, and some new songs were learnt, which the parents can sing at home with their babies.
