Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation must be given at least 21 days before the event to obtain an automatic refund of course fees or a credited invoice. Please note that a £10 administration charge will apply in these circumstances.
Other options include:
- Transfer the course fee to another event
- Transfer the course fee to a colleague for the booked event providing the new delegate details to us prior to the event date
If extenuating circumstances can be proved a written application for refund may be considered
