Does your child have Glue Ear?
The Ear Foundation and Aston University are looking for parents, children and young people who would be willing to take part in a group meeting to discuss what support you would find helpful.
What would happen if I took part?
- You would be contacted by the researcher, Carmel Capewell, who would explain the research in detail.
- You would be asked to attend a meeting to give your opinions about what support you/your child would like.
- Your child would also be invited to attend to give his/her views about the support he/she would like.
When is the meetings?
The meetings would be at The Ear Foundation, 83 Sherwin Rd in Nottingham between 10-12pm on 30th September
What is to be gained from taking part?
There are currently no support groups for parents or young people who have glue ear so this would provide you with the chance to let people know if they are needed.
You would meet other people who are supporting children with Glue Ear and hear their views.
You would be given a copy of the findings from the meetings.
